Well, against what everything tells me I'm suppose to do and not suppose to do, I decided to give Hailey rice cereal. My Mom planted the idea by asking when we start her on it and then I got antsy (surprise, surprise). The first time was a disaster. I tried feeding it to her right before I was going to feed her and that was not a good idea. This was before the mess happened, that's why she looks so clean. Since then, Hailey is an eating champ! She gets rice cereal mixed with some pears once a day and takes it down!
Before her 3 month pictures, I decided I wanted to be a little crafty and make her a flower. Crocheting something was out of the question because I'm not very good at it and Hailey doesn't give me enough time to do a project, so after some googling this is what I came up with! She's such a great model!
Our morning routine goes a little like... Hailey eats, then we play, then we nap and then Mom showers. In that little routine, there was not a place for me to eat some breakfast, so I needed to figure out a time occupier for Hailey so that I had some time to sit down and eat a bowl of cereal. Now I know when I was pregnant I said that she would not watch TV until she was 2, but a woman's gotta eat! :) So in the morning after Hailey eats, she goes in her bumbo for some quality Playhouse Disney & Mortimer the Moose time and I get to eat breakfast!
(She isn't crying, she has a clogged tear duct still and she's a drool monster)

One of Chris' co-workers, sent us this Sassy seat. He said that his kids got hours of entertainment out of it and he and his wife were able to get a little more done around the house because of it. I didn't think that Hailey would like it quite yet, but I was wrong. She loves it. She gets to sit up (well stand sort-of), and gets to be her nosy self and see what's going on!
Lastly, here's one of us hiking on the trails at the new house. Hailey loves her baby bjorn because she's right in the action! As soon as we are moved in, I'll get some pictures of the new house up here!
Hailey also has her first cold :(
It started last Friday with a little low grade fever. She was better on Saturday, but yesterday started coughing. I initially thought she discovered a new sound and that was it, but then she got a little irritable and the runny nose started. So tylenol and the syringe bulb sucker have been our best friends this morning. Despite it all, she's still been in a great mood.
